Apartment availability is provided upon personal booking request. An overview of seasonal prices and occupancy options is available via the price calculator.
Minimum stay
A minimum stay of 3 nights applies to all bookings.
Price calculation
Each apartment has a seasonal base price, which applies to a comfortable standard occupancy of the respective apartment (e.g. 2 or 4 persons, depending on apartment size). In addition, a flat fee for final cleaning is charged per apartment. All prices are exclusive of the tourist tax introduced in 2016. The tourist tax amounts to 1.50 euros per person per day (it applies to all guests over 14 years of age and is charged for a maximum of 10 days).
Additional guests above the normal occupancy can be booked up to the maximum occupancy of each apartment.
- Adults and children over 10 beyond the normal occupancy pay €20 per day for bed linen and towels.
- Children under 10 beyond the normal occupancy pay a one-time fee of €20 for bed linen and a towel.
- Babies up to 2 years are not counted or charged as additional persons but must be specified in the booking. Baby cots and high chairs are available free of charge and upon request, subject to availability.
The base rate includes VAT, electricity, gas, hot water, bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, and in guesthouse 1, one underground parking space per apartment. In guesthouse 2, parking can be reserved in advance at a daily rate of €5, subject to availability. In the palmhouse, apartments Magnolie and Palme each include 1 garden parking space, and Agave includes 2 garden spaces.
Booking
After written confirmation of the booking by the guesthouse (via email), a deposit of 150 euros per apartment and week is due immediately (no later than within 30 days). After receiving the invoice on site, payment is made directly on site, either in cash or by bank transfer.

For reservations of more than 3 apartments or stays longer than 3 weeks, special deposit conditions are agreed individually.
Cancellation of a booking
- If cancelled up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full.
- If cancelled later than 30 days and up to 7 days before arrival, the deposit of 150 euros will be retained.
- In case of short-notice cancellation within 7 days before arrival, 50 percent of the total booking amount will be charged.
