Opened in June 2022: From our new palmhouse arco you look south towards guesthouse I, as it is located right next door in the adjoining garden on Via Fabbri. The 1970s villa with plenty of privacy in a garden of palm and magnolia trees offers 3 fully renovated holiday apartments. All beautiful views face the castle on Colodri or Monte Stivo. Climbing crags and via ferratas, the river Sarca, the pool and the old town are just a short walk away. A lovely cycle path leads directly to Lake Garda.

The bright yoga room with its historic vaulted ceiling at guesthouse I, close to Arco’s old town, is ideal for yoga retreats, pilates weekends, and small groups up to 10 people. Large windows open to a sunny terrace, and the oak floor adds warmth and elegance. The room can be rented exclusively by external teachers together with accommodation – optionally also with the adjacent palmhouse as a stylish group retreat home in Arco.
