From our new palmhouse arco, one looks south towards guesthouse I, as it is located in the direct neighboring garden in Via Fabbri. The villa from 1970 with a lot of privacy in the palm and magnolia garden offers 3 renovated holiday apartments. All beautiful views overlook the castle on Colodri or Monte Stivo. Rock climbing and via ferratas, the Sarca river, the swimming pool, and the old town are just a few minutes walk away. A beautiful bike path leads quickly to Lake Garda.
In palmhouse arco, two separate entrances lead to the holiday apartments Magnolia and Palm (56 and 62 sqm) on the first floor - each equipped with 2 sunny balconies or loggia. The access to our largest apartment Agave (100sqm) at garden level is via a large terrace. The villa offers the best opportunity to spend individual stays comfortably and rich in diverse holiday activities.
The possibility to rent the palmhouse exclusively as a whole makes it the perfect place for retreats, climbing groups, and holidays with friends or a large family.
The maximum occupancy is 13 people and in the large loft kitchen of the Agave apartment, everyone can fit at one table. The basic occupancy of the whole house starts at about 8 people and for that, we can make up 7 rooms with beds and additionally, 4 new bathrooms are ready.
