prices and conditions

The following table shows the prices for each apartment in low, mid and main season depending on the desired occupancy. Every apartment has a basic price which is calculated for the standard occupancy. A lower than the standard occupancy does not result in a lower price. As shown in the table, we charge 15 € for every person added to the standard occupancy in the limits of the maximum occupancy.

The basic price includes: warmwater, electricity, gas and all linens and towels. In guesthouse I one parking spot in the underground parking area is included. In guesthouse II prior booking of parking in the inner courtyard is necessary due to limited space (daily fee 5 €).

Booking: Your reservation becomes valid after we have received your down payment of € 150 per week and appartement.. This becomes fully reimbursable in the case you would have to cancel your reservation prior 20 days of your intended arrival. A later cancellation will lead to a complete forfeit of € 150. For 2-weeks plus reservations we agree on special down payment-conditions. The remainder of your invoice to be paid in cash during your stay. No credit cards accepted.
